About Michael

An accredited psycho-therapeutic counsellor I would like to help you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My approach tends to be client led: establishing with people what approach, tools and methods work best for them, developing the work in a collaborative way.

I can help with gaining greater understanding, control and choice over overwhelming emotions like anger, fear, anxiety, sadness, disassociation or depression. This can involve:

• Finding a stronger sense of identity, purpose and meaning.

• Working through and dealing with loss, grief or separation.

• Releasing the present Self from the grip of patterns or pain from the past.

• Working with all parts of being - physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual. 

I also provide coaching, supervision and self-development programs.
